Two solid weeks (if not a wee bit more) of inactivity took its toll and I can’t say that I enjoyed every last second of yoga last evening. Despite being around 8.6 on the CFS (Colin Fatigue Scale), I made it through both yoga and volleyball and didn’t even entirely collapse when Suz and I wearily got home.
So, I haven’t downloaded any of the pics from the trip yet and neither have I managed to steal any of the 800+ pics that Suz took on her travels with the D40. Perhaps pics are going to have to wait on this project although I would love to include them. I’m going to have to hit my stride here, I can tell.
YYoga has decided to change the majority of their classes to either 1.25 or 1.5 hour-long classes which doesn’t really impress me. If I believed that this change had anything to do with serving their members better I would believe in it a bit more. Anyway, it’s going to affect me in the sense of making this already challenging 30 day challenge just a bit tougher. And yes, there were times during the class yesterday when the thought crossed my mind that I don’t have the strength to do this. And, yes, perhaps starting this after over 2 weeks of sitting on my ass is not the best time to start something like this?
“Or perhaps it is the best time”, the optimistic part of my brain replied.
Take 2 @ 6:30-8 (grr) at Flow.
