Ok, I guess it was that time again. For some reason, I’ve felt compelled to grow my hair again and, til very recently it was longer than it’s ever been except for when I lived in Australia and was in full-blown beach bum mode. A year of not cutting my hair nor shaving was enough to drive my father crazy and he tried to bribe me daily to get it cut. When I moved back to Canada it didn’t ‘fit’ anymore and it was only a couple days after coming back that I chopped it all off.
Perhaps it’s the touch of spring in the air that broke me this time. Perhaps it’s the fact that it was constantly covering my goggles when I was swimming that got me. Regardless enough was enough.
And, figuring that summer time, the beach, volleyball and ultimate are all coming up I figured I would, once again go blonde 
Why the hell not?

See… I used to be able to do that. I thought about when the last time I could pull hair over my eyes like that, and I am somewhat surprised to report that it was over a decade and a half ago. My poor little follicles.
In any event, it suits, and now you can blame the blondeness the next time things don’t go swimmingly with the mobs.
I have to say it does fit well. But come on, dark hair rules!
